This year Santa gave out stockings that were three feet tall (taller than many of the youth) filled with toys and games. Special thanks to all the Santa Helpers who made another Christmas special to all our community youth.

This year we invited families to come comfortable with pajamas on for the SFR Christmas party. There were approximately 30 youth who attended the party. Volunteers made lots of snacks and goodies for people to enjoy as we awaited for the arrival of Sabta Clause! We included a few photos!!

It was another fun Christmas at Sunrise Family Resort. Youth did crafts while waiting for Santa Clause. Clause gave out his gifts and everyone received boxes of fun toys and games. Vounteer appreciation gifts were also given to those who make such a difference and make our events and activities possible. A meal was enjoyed after photos with Santa.

The annual SFR Christmas party was a huge success with 52 youth lined up for their box of gifts delivered by the bug man himself!  In addition to gifts from Santa, each child also received a stocking of goodies from the SFR Neighborhood Watch.

Snacks were also served at the event.

 

As always this SFR event is free to residents of the community.

SFR volunteers held a Dirty Santa party a week before Santa's arrival and a fun time was had by all!

Several families competed in the annual SFR Christmas decorating contest this year. First place received $100 off their rent and second place received a $50 gift certificate from WalMart.

 

This free contest is open to all residents at SFR.

 

 

Santa Claus came to Sunrise Family Resort on December 17 to listen to the children's Christmas wishes and share gifts. It was a community event of food, fun and sharing the holiday season.

Like last year, the first place winner of the yard decoration contest received $100 off their rent in January and second place received a $50 gift certificate from Wal-Mart.

Santa Clause handed-out over 30 gifts to children at the December 18 Christmas party held at Sunrise Family Resort. 

All the children signed a special Thank you card for Santa to show their appreciation to him for taking time out of his busy schedule to come to the Sunrise Family Resort holiday event.
