With all the rain wev'e had this year our annual summer Yard-of-the-month contest is off to a good start. (the only challenging part is having a few dry days to mow our growing lawns)!
Judges tell us this will be their hardest year yet as everyone is doing such a GREAT job in working on their homes - so KUDOS to all our tenants!!
Winners receive $50 off their rent and the yard of the month sign is displayed in their yard.
