We are currently undergoing major renovations to improve our community. We are only one mile from Lake Texoma, a plus for the swimmer, fisherman/woman and boaters. Under new management, we are striving for improvements all the time. There are plans to expand on the new playground, we have added picnic tables and BBQs and will be working on walking trails through our scenic areas. Exercise equipment is also available in our community center.

Spacious lots allow tenants room to landscape, grow a garden or just have a little country atmosphere close to town.
 
The community center has hosted community meetings, birthday parties, holiday celebrations and a wedding reception and may be reserved by tenants for events.

We know things are tough in these challenging economic times and we don't deny people for no credit or less than perfect credit. Go to the Homes Available for Rent at the top of our page to see what is available now. Homes should be marked whether they will be available on the lease to own program.

 Most of our homes are available on the lease to own program after 6 months of good rental history in this community. By paying approximately $50 a month extra for 8 years this home can be yours. At the end of 8 years you can relocate home to your own property or stay a part of this great community and pay only lot fee and water/trash.

Down payments are only $1000. In most cases $600 cash down and the remainder you provide receipts of materials you have purchased to improve your own home. Your $300 security deposit when renting goes against the cash down!
