Due to extensive damage being done in homes and animals being left behind when people vacate the premises, we have a limited pet policy. Any and all pets MUST be preapproved before coming on the premises. Approved pets will be under 25 pounds at adulthood. Pet deposit is $300 nonrefundable. Half off with veterinarian proof pet is spayed/neutered. One pet limit

The application process is the first step to gaining residency to the great community of Sunrise Family Resort. Completed application may be brought to the business office, mailed to the office at 5586 Dublin Drive  Kingston, OK 73439 or emailed to texomasfr@gmail.com

Please note, background checks/applications will not be ran until after payment is received, current rate special of only $25 per adult (regular cost: $35 per adult)

If someone is interested in a particular home, that home can be put on temporary reserve until the applications come back.

Refundable Security Deposit - $300

Tenants must set up own accounts for electric and propane 

REA Electric Company - 580-564-1800  Electric company requires you have meter number not physical address when checking on deposits costs, These costs vary and are decided by the electric company per their policies and we have no control over their charges.

Red River Propane - 800-772-5921 (set-up/service)     800-990-0255 or 580-795-3449 (order)  These prices vary and are set by propane company and not our community. You must call them to get costs as office personal will not know.

Rent and water/trash  are due the first of each month and considered late at the end of business on the fifth of each month (excluding weekends). A late fee of $50 will be applied to all accounts not paid as due.  

Lease to own is usually $50 to $75 more per month for the eight year contract. Down payment $1000-1500.  Lease to own program includes: lot fee, propane tank rental (as applicable), taxes and insurance during the entire 8 years. Please note, as with rentals we highly recommend tenants have renters insurance to protect their belongings. Any questions about the lease to own program may be addressed to the Community Manager.
